Da' Beef is Beyond Insanity

| 500 grams Beef Fillet |
| 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon Da' Bomb Beyond Insanity Sauce |
| 2 Spring Onion stalks, chopped |
| 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| 2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds, crushed |
| 1 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper |
| 2 tablespoons soy sauce |
| 60 ml. Wine, preferrably Red |

| Beat the sugar and Beyond Insanity into the sesame oil. Cut the beef into thin slices and add to the oil mix, put to one side for about 10 minutes.
Mix the spring onion, garlic, sesame seeds, black pepper and soy sauce into the wine. Add the beef to this mix and allow to satnd for a further 10 to 15 minutes. |

| Place the beef pieces in a broiler pan and cook for about 5 minutes at 500°F/260°C, a very hot heat.
Alternatively the beef can be cooked over a hot barbeque. Pre-heat the gril but oil it before placing the meat onto it to avoid sticking.. |
